We had noise from 1-6 pm everyday ... When I talk to the manager he doesn't do anything

Was a good high standard hotel, with a fabulous breakfast.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely incredible! They were so friendly and helpful in every situation. The pool was amazing, and we had it all to ourselves. The restaurant had excellent food. The rooms were comfortable, albeit a bit tired. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, with smiling staff at all levels. They even went above and beyond to rectify a small mistake with our train ticket. our stay was jaw-droppingly pleasant and memorable.

clean hotel in a great location - staff were amazing - especially Ms. Merlin - Mr. Sudhir, and Ms. Sabeena who provided excellent service. Special sadhya made for my Son was very special.

Would recommend.

Brilliant. Excellent service. Food a little strange for our taste but nevertheless good. Nice breakfast spread. Value for money.

In the city center and the nature around you

Little bit old

The hotel's decoration, with its curved textured glass panels and embossed leather columns, had a stylish presence that I admired. The general areas were well-kept and had a comfortable ambiance that made me feel at home. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with easy navigation and helpful staff who were always ready to assist me.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more consideration for the comfort of the staff working in the lobby area. I noticed that at nights, they turned off the AC, and it became quite hot and stuffy for them.

The staff always tries its best to answer quickly any questions. The staff is friendly, competent. Their English is very good.

We had a wonderful stay at Vivanta. the staff were attentive and friendly, from reception to restaurant. They were always ready to help and made our stay enjoyable. the pool was a highlight, with no crowds and a relaxing atmosphere. the rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including free wifi and satellite TV. the buffet breakfast was great, with a variety of options from different cuisines. the service, facilities, and dining experiences exceeded our expectations. Cons: Nothing 🙌.

The value for money at Vivanta Trivandrum was excellent, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel's location near Napier Museum was convenient, and the staff, especially Ms Sohila and Ms Rejitha, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast option could benefit from a wider variety of choices.

I chose this hotel for a business mixer and was impressed with the ample conference space and meeting rooms available. The business center was well-equipped and the express check-in made my stay hassle-free. The staff provided excellent service and the overall ambience of the hotel was conducive to a productive business environment.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated office space or a co-working area within the hotel premises. It would have been convenient to have a designated workspace to conduct meetings and work on projects without having to rely on the conference rooms or public areas.

This hotel is a wonderful option for travelers looking for an excellent stay. It is located near the beach and is pretty close to the airport, which makes the location perfect. the service is outstanding, from the friendly staff at the lobby to the helpful travel desk staff. the rooms are clean and comfortable and equipped with all amenities one would expect. the buffet breakfast is great, and the swimming pool is excellent.

The only downside to this hotel is the poor lighting in the bar which gives it a dingy feeling.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Ms Sohila and Ms Rejitha. The hotel facilities were excellent and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and everything we needed was close by. The location was pretty close to the airport and transportation was convenient.
